This laptop doesn't brag or boast. It's a simple, low budget laptop for low budget tasks. Haven't attempted to play any games besides The Sims and that runs well! It isn't flashy or 'extra' but it's great for the price and gives you a fair amount of hard drive space compared to others at this price point! With this, you're getting a solid deal.

For the price, it does what I need it to do. Would have given it 5 stars, but sometimes the mouse pad is a little sluggish and it has a plastic feel to it making it feel a little cheap. Otherwise, I am totally pleased with this product and would definitely refer it to others especially if they are looking for a basic computer for a great price.

This is well priced and a great product . HP is one of my favorite brands and it will not disappoint you. The screen is large and great to watch movies on.

Nice size screen with a good processor at an affordable price

This computer is large and user friendly. My only complaint is that it is a tad bit slower than I would've hoped for, but for the price it's understandable that it isn't the fastest laptop on the block. Computer is lightweight and has enough features to make it a much better value than just getting a web based notebook for roughly the same price.

Bought this for my wife, she loves it for working from home. Popped some extra RAM in it to boost up the speed. Guys down at Geek helped with that. Thanks!

Best Buy is the Best! 8151 Blanding Blvd., 32244 I had purchased a HP Laptop that was on sale and after two weeks it simply stopped working. I brought it back to the Best Buy store were I had made my purchase, the laptop was tested and it was determined that the motherboard had malfunctioned. I had purchased the laptop 20 days before and I was told that I was 5 days too late to return it. I was devastated, since I had saved my money for quite some time in order to buy this laptop. At this point Steven, the manager of the Geek Squad, stepped in and said that Best Buy would replace the laptop with a new one, free of charge! I was astounded! Three days later, a brand new laptop was delivered to my door! I am so very grateful that Steven stepped in and personally changed a very upsetting situation into a very happy one! I am now a confirmed Best Buy customer and I would recommend Best Buy to everyone looking to purchase any electronic device! Thank You So Much--Steven, Manager of the Geek Squad!
