An excellent value, a gift for my tech slow parents. The only squawk was the machine arriving with non qwerty keyboard layout I had to go to HP website which still left me searching how to change the default. Win 10 hides control panel as a sub app now. This made the setup a pain.

If you need a computer to get online and check email, then this is all you need. Don’t expect to load this up with programs and expect it to him...this is not a computer you would play games on.

This was a gift we bought for our daughter to work on her writing career. She seems to love it and has not complained so far, regarding what she uses it for - writing, saving, and proof reading documents. She likes to take it with her just about every place she goes. However, since I'm not a computer expert I can't get detailed about its value other than the price was good. Durability remains to be seen. We always liked our HP desk top computers and trusted this brand.

I bought the laptop as a gift for my son to help him in college. He said the lapptop has been a great. It has made him more efficient in preparing his research papers. The key board layout is very good and it increases work speed. The laptop has been very helpful in many ways.

I like my HP I purchased about 2 months ago. The only thing I dislike is the display seem kind of dull or low(color/brightness). I've already tried adjusting the display settings but no luck. Other than that I can not complain. I use this computer for light work and internet use.

This is a nice budget laptop. AMD A6 processor is just fine for standard computing needs, including video streaming; I build my own desktops and use this CPU, which has integrated graphics. In addition to the CPU and price, I selected this laptop because of the built-in 10 key pad.

I needed a laptop not too expensive and this turned out perfect! Good price and size.

Great for entry level, basic use computing. Not 100% in love with the track pad, it seems to register about 75% of my double taps (clicks). Excellent value for basic web browsing, word processing, streaming video, etc. Load times are reasonable and expected for this price point.

The computer was easy to learn and to get used to. It's performance is excellent and it was economically priced.

Had read and heard about overheating issue but have not experienced this problem. Must say that since I became aware that overheating was a possibility, I've made it a point to shut down the computer when it's not in use. Overall, I've found this laptop easy and enjoyable to use.

Needed a low-price but reliable laptop, and this computer fit the bill. Surprisingly light for the size, and it is able to support all my needs - MS Office, web browsing, iTunes - with ease. Good battery life, fast boot up and consistent use without crashing or need for restarts

Bought for grandson and he likes it well enough. Happy.
