At first didn't really know if this laptop was what I wanted but it work great. It's fast and very easy to use

Upgraded from old 2008 laptop, this is very light fast and reliable laptop, and for this price is perfect!!

This is my first lap top and it is far superior to my old tower. I like that it has a much smaller footprint and that I can take it almost anywhere. I have had a couple of issues that I had to consult the Geek Squad about, but overall it's speed and efficiency are top notch.

Nice little computer. My daughter has had it for a month and had had no issues. Works fast. Nice screen size.

After owning a Toshiba laptop for a mere 2.5 years and discovering that the brand has some serious issues, I decided to give HP a chance. I love this laptop. Everything works so well. It doesn't come with many bells and whistles, but it runs well enough for my purposes.

Bought this to user over a week at a conference for the conference PowerPoint. After that it was raffled off. Did its job nicely with no issues. a bit slow but then again for the price it did its job well. Not an everyday use machine for work but perfect maybe for a kid.

I really like HP and this laptop was a great value for a sifficient laptop for my daughter to start college.

I bought this for my moms 75th birthday. It is a 1st computer/laptop. She uses it for Internet and to communicate with her family abroad. She loves it the only thing I found "bad" is there is no backlight for the keys and they're a little small. Other than that it's great!

I purchased an HP Notebook last month and love it as usual. I was happy with the last one I purchased several years ago so I made the same purchase when I wanted a new one. I've always been happy with any purchase I've made from Best Buy. I'm not very knowledgeable of electronics or the latest technology, but the employees at Best Buy are very helpful with explaining the difference between products, how to use the products, and there's always a warranty.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She surfs the web, streams video and plays games on it. That is when she can get it away from our daughter. It does all that they need it to do!

This computer is an "extra" for small short term uses (internet, email). For the price it's a decent computer and has quite a few options. The computer I wanted was out of stock so I switched to this one. I wouldn't want this as my main laptop but for a backup it's fine.

My old HP laptop is still running but is showing it's age (7 years). This new HP laptop is a remarkable improvement. The first thing I noticed was the huge improvement in the sound system. Another improvement is the video. Speed is about the same. The only thing I dislike is that in Win 10 Microsoft keeps trying to sell me stuff I don't want or need, but this is not HP's fault. Price fell from $475 (old) to #229 (new).which is a really good deal.

This HP Laptop meets all my computer needs and more. For a low price computer, it exceeds my expectations.
