My laptop died and my kid had a project due the next day. After I got off of work I went and bought this laptop. I didn't have time to do research on a laptop so I was looking for a cheap one to use in the meantime. It is prefect and a good buy.

I got this laptop because I needed something fast. This one has a I5 chip and that's plenty of processing power for what I do. Haven't had any issues with it, you get what you pay for in terms of the quality of parts but I'm happy with the purchase.

I'm really happy with this computer. It works great, runs smoothly doing the basic things that I do (Wi-Fi, surfing the internet, playing music, etc.). I haven't had any problems. I got a great package deal at Best Buy. Along with the computer, I got a wireless mouse, Windows 10, and security software at a discounted price. My purchase was made at a Best Buy store, and the salesperson was really helpful. Great job, Best Buy!

This computer is great! The graphics are crisp and clear. Audio is balanced and quite loud considering it's coming out of little built-in speakers. The computer is very sleek and has nice texture. I'm using this laptop for basic work purposes and have to run programs like Photoshop from time to time...I've been considering upgrading the RAM since I like things to run quite snappy. It's not completely necessary though! 10/10

I was looking for the cheapest conventional laptop I could get with Windows 10 and this was it. I also got a $50 credit for trading in my old 2008 HP laptop so total cost of this was $180 plus tax. So for I've done some picture uploads and editing from our camera, internet browsing, and school work and it hasn't had any stability problems. I have not tried any games and my only complaint is the battery life is fairly short.

Bought this to replace a failed laptop, it will do quick books and email and surfing but anything that taxes the system makes it slow down. Recommend it as a good entry level system thank you

I purchased this for my 5 year old nephew, he loves it, he does his school work on it and have downloaded several educational games. Takes very good care of his Laptop.

Bought 3 of these for my kids last February. One had an issue with the hard drive. Brought it to geek squad and had it back in 3 days. No problems since. Great product.

I had purchased a more expensive Dell computer but it ran incredibly slow!! I then returned it and purchased this HP laptop and I am very pleased with it. The speed is so much better then the Dell I had and has all the function I need out of a laptop.
