I upgraded to this laptop from my Windows Vista which will be obsolete come April. Windows 10 is easy to use, this laptop being entry level is not as fast as others. If speed is a factor you will want to look for a different model.

Good solid laptop for the cost, good processing speed, memory - really jut a great laptop for general use. This is not a top gaming computer but can handle all the basic work, on line browsing, facebook posting and research stuff.

This is a good device for simple tasks. I use it for work, everything done online other than some docs that have to be uploaded from HD. The bad thing it a battery life. Only 2-3 hours, but other than that, meets all the needs.

Good laptop for a child. Good Bargin for the price. Easy to use and understand.

I was a bit hesitant when I read so.e of the reviews but needed something very basic for multiple people to use for basic office needs and ppt presentations. Seems to do the trick so far and the sales price could not be beat.

My primary reason for purchasing this computer was because I was starting college and needed something compact to do school work while working my full time job. It's a great size and gets the job done. Overall a great buy.

This is a great laptop for most users. Does not have touchscreen and not powerful enough for heavy gamers, but for the average user this is more than enough. I purchased 4 of them, and we have had no complaints with any of them.

I got this on a great deal for grandma who is a very lite computer user. It's perfect for her to pay online bills and the screen size is good. She also liked that the model was a bit wider, as she will not be traveling with it.

This HP provide great basics for internet searches, email access etc. It also has some nice bells and whistles you may not get in other "basic" laptops. Has enough power and memory for most operations and even some gaming.

I love my laptop. But for some reason it does not hold a battery charge like it states in the specs. It states 6 hours and it is more like an hour- hour and a half. That is the only thing bad I have to say about the laptop.

I bought the laptop for my daughter who is a beginner using computers. She plays world of war craft on the criteria and she loves it.

The price was right and the free software was excellent.

I wasn't looiking for the most complex unit, just a reliable laptop to manage what I need. After looking at lots of choices this unit from Best Buy was an easy decision. This HP laptop does the trick at a way small price.

Works like a champ. Does what I need. Easy install and setup. User friendly.

This has been a really nice computer for the money I paid and fits my need nicely . My only complaint is that the battery does not last as long as profiled in the description . I would buy it again despite that drawback .
