This is an awesome laptop. Very nice size and easy to use.

I bought this laptop for my 11yr old son. He uses it to watch you tube and play minecraft and write reports for school. Perfect for those tasks.

My son's old laptop was very old and needed to be replaced. I looked online and found this one and the price point was great. I went to the store and looked at a display model and it seemed to be well constructed so I purchased it. It is everything my son needs to surf the net, burn music and play video and it has a lot of storage.

My HP laptop meets all of my needs, for just over $200. It has 4 gig of ram, a 500 gig hard drive, dvd/re drive and best of all, Best Buy support. It was a no brainer. You should get one.

Im a Mac guy but need a Windows laptop for certain software compatibility, so I picked up this one at a good sale price and it performs reasonably well. Can't go wrong at this price point.

Great for basic email and video watching! Great for for all basic needs. Dont expect heavy gaming or other process taking software to work but good for anything most people will do on laptops.

I bought this being fully aware of the limitations that the RAM/storage configuration would limit the functionality. The intended purpose was purely to replace my daughter's laptop which is only used school - her needs are extremely basic: web browsing, web based email, video streaming, music streaming. I had to go with a Windows based device as some of her school's websites still require JAVA functionality. Given her needs, she's told me that she's very happy with it. She has mentioned that it can be a little slow loading sites/applications but that it doesn't impeded her experience too much, For her needs, it was the right product at the right price.

Awesome easy to use it was very easy to set up are you the laptop for homework and school transfers files easily between my Android phone and the laptop with the Windows 10 program picture is very sharp the video cam that's built in is pretty cool too I would definitely buy this product again plus I've always had good luck with HP

great laptop for everyday use lightweight and simple last very long compared to my other laptops. also reberto and his co worker was very detailed and helpful about making this purchase they need a promotion! they are very good at what they do. customer service will have me keep coming back to best buy on 161.

This computer is a good one for young kids that are just using it for gaming online. The problem was I did have to take back two different computers, the first one, because it started making a noise, and the geek squad person said it was a hard drive issue, and they gave me another one. I had this one for 3 days and all of a sudden I tried to use the windows picture viewer and all of the windows stuff didn't work, no even the windows store. So I was told to reset it and that then worked, to reset the windows program. A lot of work for a computer.

I purchased this laptop for myself last year when I enrolled in online classes. I am proud to say I have had absolutely no issues and it has helped me accomplish all my classes.
