Very good laptop, compact,good graphics, fast speed

My last HP Laptop (also purchased at Best Buy) which I had for 10 years did not owe me a thing. I found HP to be so reliable I had to stick with them.Over all good buy and great price!

This is a good computer. We purchased a second one! We only had one problem with our first one, and it was because of a virus, not because the computer had a problem. Our first one is up and running, and still good after 2 years. Purchasing at Best Buy allows you to get Geek Squad protection for a great price also!

Big screen for little money, just seems to be slow when on the internet and looking for things. Probably better off spending a little more to get something that works a little faster.

This laptop is really great for the price I paid for it. The battery life is really good, on several occasions after using it for about 4 hrs I still had over 50% battery life left. The responsiveness while running apps/programs was also surprisingly fast.

Easy set up. Speed just right. Very user friendly.

Good laptop for school or other misc. purposes. Currently using it for school so I have already installed MS Office and other software required for school and its running beautifully.

When I bought this laptop I did not realize all the options that this model had. I have not had any trouble learning to use them. I do family genealogy research and I have the option to use disks and flash drives. And the battery life is very good.

Love the speed and the gigabytes on the computer. Y

love my laptop its light weight just don't stay changer long when I'm playing games maybe2-3hours instead of 5-6 but over i love it.

I purchased this laptop yesterday and I would like to say this laptop has great features and great software and this laptop has great performance for a decent price and this laptop was a easy setup right of the box which was a great experience for me

Although not recommended for gaming, this system runs games surprisingly well, albeit with reduced graphics settings. It is also fast and comes with a DVD drive, which is rare!

I brought this for my daughter who is a HS senior . She loves it. The screen is huge and the system is fast. She is in love with this laptop. This is an upgrade from her Samsung Chromebook according to her.

I bought this laptop for my wife for her to use for work, it was the lightest windows laptop with all the features she needed in our price range. Has worked great for her so far.

You get what you pay for. The battery is smaller than any lap top that I own. It will stay on without being plugged in about 3 and a half hours. It does not cost to much money.

This laptop was very easy to set up. I does run much slower than I expected, however, for the price, it does the basics which is all I was really looking for for this laptop.

I purchase this laptop at Best Buy for two 1999 which was a heck of a deal he came with 4 gigs of RAM which is not quite enough to power windows 10 I upgraded to 16 gigs of RAM and now I have a screaming thousand-dollar computer that I only have $335 total invested in great deal but highly recommend this computer

This laptop works great for our needs. We like to use it for working on photos and family genealogy projects.
