I haven't hear anything negative from my brother about the computer. So far no complaints. Computer working just fine. There is a lot of happiness with the computer. It serves a great purpose in that it saves my brother lots a time from going to the Public Library and having to wait to use a computer.

I'm terrible with computers due to an overlying anxiety. This computer has more capacity than I will ever be able to take advantage of for a price that is very fair.

This is my first laptop purchase. I am very pleased with the HP laptop I bought. It is of excellent quality, easy to use and very dependable. I purchased an electronic mouse as I prefer using that instead of the laptop keys. The colors are bright and true and it is easy to review and change settings.

The computer is nice. It is slower than expected. It also has a very poor battery. But for the price I guess it is just fine.

Not bad for the price. Just wanted a laptop to surf the Internet and keep word files. Processor can be a little slow at times. Overall, it's good enough for what I do.

Very happy with my new purchase, a good computer for general use. Didn't need all the bells and whistles that so many of the new laptops have so this suits my needs.

I really like my HP Laptop, it works for what I need it for. The bonus is that it has the CD/DVD player/burner. A lot of the new laptops no longer have one, so if you have to buy a additional external CD/DVD player/burner if you want one which of course cost extra above what you paid for your laptop.

This is the most sluggish computer I've ever owned. I had to have the motor replaced a month after purchase, and now I just wait for it to load anything. If you don't have time to kill, get another computer!

Overall, a great laptop. While not touchscreen it is still very easy to operate. Sound is excellent and overall speed is good. I use this for email, eBay and social media sites with a good amount of office files. So far works great.

I bought this as an additional laptop. It is ok. It does what I need it to do. Battery life is not that great but overall it works fine.

Its a great simple laptop nothing fancy. If your just a simple laptop user this should be fine. The first one did come faulty though had to exchange it for a new one.

I got it as a birthday present for my brother. It is the perfect fit for him since he is in school.

Very practical product, windows 10 runs awesome in this computer but the battery can be an issue if you expect to work more that 4 hours on average usage of office.

My wife's wanted a mid range laptop for herself and this is what we purchases. She loves it. It has the video and the memory that she needs for basic internet use.

I wanted a laptop that would be for general use; email etc. and this works fine for what I needed. Speed is fine for what I do and I am very happy with this purchase.

If you just need an easy to use laptop this is a good one. Low storage and not for gaming. But good for students or browsing the web. Cant beat the price!

This is good basic computer at a nice price. All it is ever used for is word processing, emails, and an occasional video via internet. Does all of these things well.

Bought this for my high school student/son so that he could do homework and papers easily from home. Works great and he takes it with him everywhere. It was a hit

This HP laptop does just what I need. I use it for internet access and streaming videos. It is quick enough for basic use and windows 10 works well with this laptop.

I am using it for different things mostly job hunting and using office program to redo my resume and cover letter and able to listen to music while job hunting.
