I bought 2 for my daughters and they loved it!!! Great buy and a wonderful price. In the future, i will definately purchase one for myself. Hopefully when I am ready to purchase one for myself, it will already have Windows installed and not as a separate purchase. A girl can dream, right?

TL DR - It needs work like uninstalling stuff and changing options to run fantastic. Once done though, it's worth more than the price tag and is really great. Here's the thing, it is filled with bloatware and garbage. If you're tech savvy, it'll be a no brainer and you'll figure out how to remove a lot of it easily. If you aren't, I would suggest googling how to remove stuff and improve windows 10. Things like making it run on full power but not allowing hard drives to sleep, uninstalling tons of apps, removing trials and turning things on and off. Once you are done with all of this though, it works so well that it's honestly worth more than it's price tag. I can run Isaac Rebirth perfectly, things need to load but run smoothly right after, and firefox works great, but needs time to start up. A little bit of work and all those Amazon reviews of it's "clunk and slow" or is "trash and runs like sh**"" are clearly because nothing was deleted or fixed.

We need a computer for a few functions but didn't want to pay for more than we would need. The H P gives us exactly what we wanted. And it was a very good buy.

Good graphics for gen purpose use, wifi works ok, hd speed is normal (when will oe mfgr's switch to solid state?) fills the need of a lap top at a low price.

This is my second laptop of this type. I will stay with this product! Love it! It is a Lonovo.

My main laptop's motherboard went out and I needed a quick replacement for the meantime. This computer has been perfect for that and I've had no problems .

I love the computer! It's simple and easy to use.The only problem I have is that it seems like I always need to charge it.But I think that might just be me .

Was nervous about going to Windows 10 and found out its very user friendly. I purchased this computer for Email, surfing the web and doing my taxes. Only took 15 minutes to set up and get rid of unwanted programs. Very pleased with speed and start up time. For the money you cant go wrong.

I wanted something I could use mainly for transferring embroidery files to my machine. Works great. Only issue I have is the battery does not stay charged

Good laptop for small things that need to get done. Only issue is that it doesn't come with Microsoft Office which you need to buy separate and install it.

HP Laptop with basic configuration. AMD processor with decent speed and does it for me for usual browsing and remote desktop. For this price its really worth.

This laptop is working well for my wife. It handles all the routine web browsing tasks well.

Bought this for my grandson who is just starting computers at school. More than enough computer for the school age kids and useful to the parents as well.

This is a good laptop for getting and receiving e-mails and having questions answered on Google. It is easy to follow and information is received quickly.

Purchased this computer for minimum office tasks, and it works as expected. Not fast compare to my other more fancy computers, but not bad for the price.

I purchased this lap top as a temporary replacement while my desktop was with the Geek Squad. Now that I have my desktop back I am still regularly using the lap top. The grandkids love having another computer in the house they can use while visiting. Can't beat it for the price.

This is a perfect basic laptop. Nothing fancy, but able to use Microsoft products and internet, which is essentially all I need it for.

all I wanted is a simple computer. this seems to fill that use.I don't use it for paying bills or banking etc. Most use is for u-tube,e-mail ,internet etc.

Not much you can say.. It was an inexpensive laptop as a quick needed replacement. Everything works great as intended with a few small quirks. 1. Plenty of bloatware as expected (removed within 10 minutes) and typical adjustments needed for faster startup. 2. Mouse pad has a delayed sensitivity from the factory. Pretty irritating, but nothing that isn't fixed within 2 minutes in the settings. 3. It's no i7, but seriously... its a full laptop for $229 on sale. 4. It doesn't make me breakfast in the morning.... Neither does my wife.. But a guy can dream. Dropped an $80 ssd in and makes it feel like it would have been 3-4x the actual cost. Can't go wrong if you need something as an inexpensive replacement or a kids first laptop. All good.
