I've never had a computer before this is my first official laptop and HP is the best for computers other than Mac I like the size it makes watching videos and movies very easy it's portable it's not heavy at all I really appreciate that because traveling with it is easy.

I've had HP computers in the past so I felt confident choosing an HP laptop. This one had all the features I was looking for at a reasonable price

Haven't had any problems as of yet. Like the ease of operation of the the device. This is my third computer. I owned Dell and Acer computers in the past; both gave me problems that required costly repairs after less than a year. So far all is well with my HP desktop computer

A typical laptop but the price is where it really shines. Laptop was $150 when I purchased it and you can't beat that price for laptop. I suggest people buying laptops on black Friday or cyber Monday. Cyber Monday deals are not better than black Friday but you can still save.

Very useful pc. Has all needed connections. Could use extra ram. Love that it has a the number pad. Runs smoothly. Only thing It needs is extra ram

It met my expectations considering the price and configuration. You can find a better product if you can afford to pay more. I am satisfied.

The laptop is good for surfing the internet, and watching videos. I purchased it before the holidays for the kids to play on. It held up pretty good.

The first laptop I've purchased for myself and I found it easy to figure out, download speed fine and good quality for the price. Only negative I have found in 2 months of use is the battery seems to drain quick to me but I really have nothing to compare to. 2-2.5hrs.

I bought this because it was a good deal on Black Friday my daughter wanted a laptop.

and the kid is happy! Mission accomplished! Not a big fan of the AMD economy processor. But, the kid isn't rendering or multi-tasking a dozen spreadsheets and streaming at the same time.

Bought for my aunt who just wanted a computer for Facebook and pogo, works great for her, would also be good for anyone looking for just the basics.

Happy with the item. Easy to use. At times a bit slow, but still good to use. Perfect for online use. Love the disc drive. Hard to find. Recommend.

I bought two of these for my 13 year old twins. I think this is a great notebook for them to start out with in school and to have for 3 or 4 years!

A pretty good laptop for the price. It does everything I want. I'm not overly impressed with the battery life when it's in standby but oh well.

The computer functions nicely and is very light. You just don't have a lot of storage, but it may not be necessary for you. It was a great buy.

I was able to install an additional 4gb memory chip. With the added memory, it works very well with Chrome, Word 2010 and Photoshop Elements.

I purchased 2 of these computers as a Christmas gift for my grandchildren. They absolutely LOVE them. I am extremely satisfied with the purchases.

Doesn't have Bluetooth. The specification list within the Best Buy iOS app didn't list whether it did or did not have Bluetooth. I had no idea laptops in 2017 are available without Bluetooth; I had thought it to be standard akin to power steering in cars. I had no belief that I had to endure a laptop had Bluetooth, so although I did read the entire description and spec list, it didn't occur to me that Bluetooth availability was missing from the spec list. It wasn't until a few days after purchase that I tried to connect my external Bluetooth speaker. To my shock and dumbfounded-ness, I found it missing in all settings and an internet search as well as contact with HP's Twitter support account verified that this $259 laptop doesn't have a $10 component. Wow. I was compelled to write this review to give anyone reading this feedback from the perspective of someone who believes Bluetooth should be standar equipment in modern computers. It's not like Bluetooth adds 50% or any significant increase in price and foregoing Bluetooth lends to significant savings when talking about $200-$300 laptops. Wow. Just wow. Returned it and bought a different brand for $30 more with Bluetooth, 50% more RAM, and 2x hard disk storage. So yeah. It boggles my mind these computers exist these days.

I like the laptop that I purchased from Best Buy with a couple of reservations. It is equipped with the Windows 10 program. This program has a major program flaw. If you hook up to your wifi network at home, it will drop you off the network and not let you sign back on requiring me to take this to the Geek Squad two days in a row. I was not pleased with the Geek Squad nor the assistant store manager who would not resolve our issue.
