Purchased for school work and fun. Price was perfect and seems to be perfect for my preteen.

Works fast and looks good too. Not for a hard core gamers. Good for a student or someone who only does day to day tasks. I like it.

It serves the purpose I bought it for. To do research, GPS, maps, etc. I didn't need high end graphics, or sound etc. It serves all the needs I have. The service and knowledge of my sales associate at best buy was 5 star. He could answer all my questions, and was very efficient in processing my order. Anything you need that can be bought at Bestbuy, you really should save yourself time and start there first. Their people know their products, they don't read the box to you when you ask a question.

Great for the price. I saw this laptop on display and I knew that HP was a great brand and the price was fabulous. I have no problem getting set up and out and I had purchased the Microsoft or product and it was easy to load onto the computer .
