I love my Hp laptop its very durable sturdy laptop

Def recommend this laptop to anyone..it’s perfect!

Great computer for doing the basic tasks. I don't do any gaming so I don't know how it would be for that.

Best cheap laptop we have owned. Video keeps up with streaming video well. 4 gig memory has handled windows 10 better than I expected. HP has cut back on the bloat ware so I haven't even bothered to purge it yet.

I purchased this laptop prior to Christmas and have been using it sporadically since then. I have found it to be a bit glitchy with things like the left mouse pad key sometimes not working (I'll have to tap it several times to get it to work) or the mouse touch pad not registering my touch on the right side of the pad (only able to get the left side to work). I did purchase a year of Geek Squad support but, I hesitate to use it...the items that I listed are bothersome but, not truly terrible. For the price that I paid for this laptop, I am not surprised by its performance - it's adequate for my purposes which are surfing the Web, storing music and photos, and checking email. It's a bit slow. The Best Buy sales rep told me that if I wanted to install any software like Microsoft Windows, I would probably prefer a more expensive computer with more memory...that adding any more software would really slow down the response time of this model HP. He explained that Google has basically the same operations as Windows and is already installed on this laptop so, since price was a big factor for me, I took his advice and scrapped a Windows software purchase and went with this HP. Like I said good, not great! I would recommend this if you have a low budget and are prepared to deal with little glitches.

I bought the item for my kids and they loved it. They use it foe anything. It works really good for them.

I purchased this for school work on the go. As a college student, having a light weight laptop with enough power to run Microsoft office is essential. The price was amazing, and mine didn't have any problem.

This is a great laptop for people who just want a basic laptop for on the go emailing and file surfing.

Has been a good laptop. Was a good price too. We also just bought washer and dryer from Best Buy too. Who'd of thunk after striking out at 3 major home improvement stores not having them in hand that you would.

Fantastic product, So lightweight. This is a great HP keyboard. Enjoying the weight that is so nearly nothing. Keys are simple to hit. Do have to get used to it having more keys. .

I purchased a laptop for my daughter so she will start doing her schoolwork on the laptop and this became one of the best tools to add for her schooling. Best Buy had the best price to include out pricing Amazon.

Computer was everything I needed and very pleased with the price.

The laptop works really well. Sometimes the battery life sucks. But i don't have much problem with it.

This is a bare bones computer, but it is well worth the money. It has a cd/dvd drive, and for that reason alone I like it very much. If you need a computer for occasional use I highly recommend this computer.
