Good laptop

Adequate to the Needs

At first she had trouble with this product because of the track pad, which would either be too sensitive or not sensitive enough, seemingly of its own will. I'd had the same problem with my older HP laptop's trackpad. We disabled the trackpad and got her a wireless mouse, and it seems to be serving her well now.
