A great disappointment - Lasted three months

I wish I could return it, however the window has passed. I am really not please as my son barely uses the computer and is always watching videos on his tablet and phone. This computer is a great disappointment - Lasted three months. Bestbuy them selves are not without fault, they made the experience worst than it had to be. Ordered online, went in-store for pick up and the service was just short of awful at Valley Stream. They treated me as if because I bought at bestbuy.com, I was not really one of their (bestbuy) customers. This aside I wish HP would take this an look into clear quality issues, much too early for a button failure in my opinion.

Great little laptop
