Ok to navigate around. Good product for basics.

couldn't handle windows 10

I upgraded to windows 10 as soon as I got it and that disabled the wifi driver. After several attempts at installing different drivers and going through all the troubleshooting steps on hp's web site with no luck, I returned the computer. My main disappointment was with Best Buy customer service over the phone. It was the worst. That's what needs a review.
