    I was in the market for a new laptop and when I purchased my HP Laptop in July I was nervous at first because I was not sure about flopping down a bunch of money on something that was not going to be worth it. But this HP is amazing I am very very happy with this purchase. I have owned a Dell before but HP is way better!

    This was the cheapest computer I could find but it's really a great deal for a machine that my wife uses basically to write emails and for Word and skype. If you need a basic computer, this one does the job

    Track pad is awful so i had to buy a mouse, panel gets scratched easily buy inside is good enough.

    I had an older hp laptop that crashed, my daughter had a newer hp but it didn't have CD Rom capabilities which I need for my school work. My other daughter had a Dell but I didn't like it, hp is faster than Dell and cheaper am glad that I got this one have had no problems very easy to use
