Was a present for my daughter. Does what she needs without any issues. Salesperson actually showed me that this was a better unit than the one I was going to buy. Only $20 more and considerably better.

This lap top is so beautiful color an everything about it is great but too bad I have to return it cause someone else surprise with the same lap top BUT I think this is great for a first time buyer

I bought this as an extra computer for the kids to keep them off my desktop. For the price - it has plenty of memory, runs plenty fast enough and was a great deal. Glad I bought it from BestBuy.

This computer meets my needs. It is light weight and fits easily into my back pack. I only wished that it had an Ethernet connection. When I received it I was in a location where I couldn't get on the local WIFI but there was a direct connection available as a result I had to wait to complete the setup and get the latest upgrades.

Bought this for my wife for christmas and she loves it. She only has two complaints about it; There is no "scroll" feature on the touch pad and the screen maintains a very slight blue hue to it. Most people would never notice it, but when she put it up to my HD desktop monitor, you can definitely tell the difference.

I bought this laptop for Christmas and it works really well, it's super fast and the touchscreen is amazing, I can play a few games like minecraft in it, it has great speakers too!

Pros: Looks nice. Technically fulfills all requirements as long as those requirements are "A laptop that you can surf the internet and do Microsoft Office". Sleek and light. My wife immediately said that she wanted one just like it. Cons: The keyboard has different key placement than my previous Dell and my business HP so there is a learning curve. The computer turns on significantly faster than my 9 year old Dell....but it will never be mistaken as quick. It already feels like it is a 3 year old computer. Overall - it is a budget laptop. There are no negative surprises, no positive surprises. If you are looking for reliability and effectiveness than this will suffice (it does for me so far). If you are looking for a "steal of a deal" than try somewhere else.

No issues with speed or anything so far. Looks nice, feels sturdy. Great basic laptop with disc drive.

Purchased this laptop during black friday for my dad. It's not super fast, or touch screen, but for the price, it's a good, solid, basic laptop.

I love this laptop, the specs were great, and the price was a bargain. Large hard drive space, great RAM, no complaints whatsoever.

It's been a good laptop so far, not very many issues. It can be slow every now and then, but that could be my wi-fi. I just needed something simple for school and it handles those tasks pretty well. The battery is not the best, so if you need to travel a lot, it might not be the best option for you, but on the flip side it is pretty light weight.

I bought this for my 13 year old for Christmas . He plays world of Warcraft , Star Wars battlefront , borderlands and some steam games . So far the computer is awesome :)

Its been more than 2 months since I purchased this Laptop. There were no issues reported on this so far. Happy with it. Only problem I found is with the Touch Pad keys are little bit hard. Apart from that I found no issues.

The lap top has a big screen size yet not bulky it is very sleek. Costs the same as a chrome book but with more features. It is the perfect starter lap top for my 11 year old. I wouldn't mind it even for myself.

So, I am still trying get acquainted with the new windows, but this laptop is perfect size and fast too.

Would give 5 stars if the hard drive was more easily accessible, I am not overly crazy about having to create a Microsoft account to use Windows 8 and was planning on using the drive from my old laptop

Great option for a lower priced laptop. Had all the features I need to last my child through HS.

Was a gift for my wife and she is very satisfied. Processor is fast and has plenty of memory.
