For the price you can't go wrong. This is being used for primarily business purposes and HP never lets you down. They are durable and function well. Laptops generally only last for 2 years before they are outdated and/or you start having issues with them. For basic business purposes these are a great buy.

I just needed a laptop for school and basic use like Word, internet, and save pictures. I also like the size of the keyboard

I've owned this computer a little over three months. It seems just as slow as our other five-year-old laptop. The screen will frequently freeze and I can't exit out of the page or scroll up and down. We actually returned our first purchase and exchanged it for one just like it and it's a little faster but still freezes frequently and is slower than I would expect a brand-new computer to be.

This was bought for my husband as a gift. He is learning how to use it. It replaced an hp that is over 8 yrs old

I purchased 2 of these laptops, one for each of my teenager daughters, so they could do their research papers and transport things back and forth between my house and their dads. Both girls had no trouble learning to navigate their laptops and so far have been very happy with them :)

I purchased this for my 11 year old. He uses for Internet and some light web-based gaming. It's sufficient.

The laptop truthfully is decent for a system that the end user is not wanting to change from Windows 8.1. Unfortunately I am not that user. I use Linux as my OS of choice and the laptop had issues with the WiFi hardware so it would not connect properly. Otherwise it was a solid machine under Windows.

This is my second laptop and definitely my favorite. It charges quickly and hold a charge for hours of playing my favorite shows plus the speakers are incredibly loud.

Good memory and processor for the money, its works great, to help me keep in touch and in control while on the go or out of my factory ! I can complete numerous tasks away from my desk, its just as if i were there, in a sense !
