No all that great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop for my boy friend and after a month of using it I tried to convince him to bring it back. the thing does what ever it wants opens things clicks on things the new program set up sucks, and I kind of felt like I was pushed into buying it when I was at Best Buy..I should have thought this purchase over BIG before I made it.

Got what I paid for

Not so good

First off could not get in store. It shipped from Hawaii, and arrived later than expected, so it mised the party. When it did arrive and the person got it, it had streaks through the screen. Geek Squad looked at it amd determined hard drive was bad. Ended up buying a different laptop in store.

Outstanding laptop for school and internet

A great laptop intended to last them through high school and whatever internet use they need. We stuck with HP because HP computers have done us quite well over the years and their customer service, the few times we've needed them, were top notch in terms of quality of service and speed.

Still can't connect Wifi
