Computer is too sensitive - it changes fonts during letter writing. Hate all the pop ups, on the side & top & sometimes right on top of what I am reading. However the computer is new, & I have not been to the store to have them show me how many things work. The $150.00 plan I purchased is not exactly the way the clerk explained it. Example the Geek Squad car will make a house call when it is available. I called & nearest appointment was a week away.

very happy with this laptop. The speed and quality of the programs are very good. This is my third toshiba.

The laptop is great value, however, if you want to upgrade the hard drive or memories, it would be a nightmare. You had to take out about 10 screws on the bottom then pop the keyboard up, take out 4 more screws, disconnect the keyboard and 2 other connectors. I then had some wiggle room and could then see the HDD but not the RAM. I couldn't figure out what else was holding the laptop together and just gave up and put it back together and returned it.

Works pretty well, wifi a little bit weak, speed is better than the one I returned with 4gb memory

I bought this laptop from best buy. The price was unbelievably low compared to the spec. The graphic is very good for the price. Like it very much!

Good laptop but they should simplify windows 8 it is to confusing and I can't get my yahoo email transferred onto the msn home page. It gives instructions on how to do it ,but it keeps giving me an "error" message

Initially I was not sure whether I should buy this item due to it's lower price which could have been due to the not so great product. But I was surprised to see that it is as good as any higher price laptops. It will deliver what it has promised.

IT HAS A DVD DRIVE! Powerful processor. BIG hard drive. This is one of those rare finds where you get MORE than you expect.

It has been a while since I have purchased a new laptop and I was shocked to see the amount of memory and processing speed for the prices that laptops are going for these days. This computer works great and is extremely portable.

This is a pretty great laptop overall. The drivers are always failing though. I don't know too much about the reasoning. The webcam is not as great as I would have wanted but it will do. Other than that, the laptop is great.
