My grandson loves his new laptop!

The issue that we prevent me from ever making another purchase from best buy was the problems i had trying to download the free game with purchase. I wasted way too much time with best buy tech support and finally gave up. It's the principle!

Good computer for what we needed it for

However it's cheaply made and doesn't have the memory for a main computer. Good for the web based program we use though. Would be a good starter computer for someone that is mostly using it for web work.

They are hateful people. Just make sure you give them the right info or they will screw it up. It happened to me.

Great Laptop for the price!

The screen is bright and wide and the hard drive comes with plenty of storage. I bought this for my wife and she loves it!
