the laptop itself was a bit cheap feeling, even for a low end model. each day it got slower and slower - at 8 days of ownership things stopped working and by day 12 there were no working aps, no working email, and finally no ability to connect to the internet. I returned the laptop and the return process was easy and efficient.

I just needed a laptop for basic use, internet, storing photos and music, and thought this was a pretty good pick. I ended up returning it after a week because it was really slow.

A good laptop for a kid in school. Works well to browse the internet and do school work on.

I waited months to replace my laptop that broke. I was thinking of switching back over to HP as I have had Toshiba's in the past. I really dislike this laptop. If I am typing fast it will stall. For an Intel i3 it is slow compared to my Toshiba i3 I had. Luckily I am not in grad school or anything because this is definitely something I would have returned. I wish I had but I waited too long. It is good for the basics. I just wish it didn't stall. Sometimes it also will shutdown all the windows if it can't reach the website. The battery dies too quickly as well.

I have this computer for 8 months. It is slower and slower every day. Many times I can't start the Laptop for several times. The Wi-fi sometimes doesn't work. Shows me wi-fi on, but it is actually of Flight mode. I wait forever to open an app and I can't watch any you tube videos. It is very slow and stopping constantly. I use it for work only (emails, internet pages) no games ever. Lately I can't turn the pc. I have to press the start button several times to turn it on. I am giving it back.

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have found this laptop more than adequate after the installation of Windows 10. So far the HP has operated flawlessly and has performed difficult tasks with no complaints. It is not a gaming machine. I will install, however, an additional 4 gigs of memory.

Horrible computer! Bought Sept. 2015, still working but always with problems! Internet always disconnects and have to restart to get connection! Glad to have paid Geeksquad or I would have ended up smashing it from frustration and anger!
