Everything is perfect, the only issue I see is with the USB ports. I have had issues when trying to connect some external hard drives but everything else is nice.

We switched from our desktop computer to a laptop computer and love its portability and small size. We have attended several Best Buy Windows 8.1 classes and take it with us.

since yesterday the laptop will not boot up; I get a blank screen with the cursor; I'm going to call the geek squad

This laptop I purchased to go along with a DJ type sound board. I was easy to set up and use. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

The price was great.I really like the HP 15 It is sleek and very light. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the track pad. It has a mind of it's own.

Purchased to be used by kids for schoolwork and similar functions and this HP 15.6" laptop with Intel Core i3 has performed at or above expected levels.

Look for a computer for my son for Christmas, for the price with what he needed it for, this was a great deal.

I'm adjusting to the smaller screen but overall like the machine, just not crazy about windows 8. didn't like that mcafee's was already on my machine

Good all purpose lap top. A lot of features that I'm still learning to use not being very computer savvy. A worthwhile investment--does the job.

Had purchased another brand laptop computer from another store...very bad experience and bad computer...was like night and day...took that bad computer back..went to Best Buy got the Best Customer Service and a Great Better Laptop Computer ...Very Pleased

This laptop has a good deal of internal memory and HDD space for the cost. The screen is large & very clear. The laptop is thin and light. I have no complaint at all except that Windows 8 takes a bit getting used to after coming from xp and Windows 7 OS.

I bought this laptop to use for school, and it's great. I primarily use google drive for documents, so I haven't bought Office yet. The windows 8 format is very sleek and this computer came with a lot of apps that I find to be very useful. A great buy!

This is my son's first laptop! It was very easy to use and I am impressed with it...especially for the price!!

My reward points is a desaster, i have boght several things and they did not gave any points, i hope the company can improve this situation.

touch screen function does not work. shows on screen keyboard, does not work. otherwise functions ok

I just recently bought this laptop it works better than my other laptop and it works perfectly for my school work. I'm glad I bought it.

This is a great laptop which I use primarily for my graduate school studies in an online environment. I have not had any problems thus far and highly recommend this nice little laptop.

Considering the price -- excellent computer, both my daughters are enjoying it. User friendly - they watch netflix, surf the web, like the keyboard and I was unsure about the durability but they say its nice and light which is easier.....
