windows 8.1 is horrible, it's unpredictable and not all that user friendly. when the cursor is moved across the screen all these options pop up NONE of which I want to use. very frustrating. I've had this laptop for way over a month now and I still find it irritating as hell. also when you move the cursor at a certain speed, the screen randomly changes size! WHY???????

It is value for money laptop. configuration is good compared to price. I would recommend this to others.

Purchased for use in billing, correspondence, etc. at my office. . . disappointed to find there was no word processing program included! Wish sales agent had told me that! Have now found a free word processing program and downloaded it but have not used it yet. Otherwise, am pleased with internet usage, screen quality, etc. Chose to use free Microsoft virus protection since it lasts beyond the 6 month free period on the one included.

This laptop was an intel processor and is a very good deal. We also got another $50 off with an add a few days after we purchased it. Very user friendly even though it is Windows 8.

laptop is very easy to use. lightweight so easy to carry, and keyboard is easy for me to see, with my eyesight not being so good

This laptop is just what I need at home just for me. I wanted something to surf the net, check email and play a game or two and this laptop is great for it.

This laptop was fine the first few weeks we've owned, but as time passes running into small and irritating issues: Google Chrome will fail to work, the mousepad on the PC itself is far too sensitive, and frankly, I just hate Windows 8.
