For the money, this is a great little laptop. My only complaint, if I had to be picky, is I am not a fan of some of the pre-installed software.

Computer hardware is terrific but windows I could do without

After getting the Samsung 60" HD TV home and finding out the connection component told to me in the store was included, not in the box and then told not included when I went back to find out where it was. As I was told by salesman it was included! The next day the MGR told me it's not even out until June! I asked then why are your sales people selling it as a Part of the package?? I told him I want it when it comes out in June at no cost and he gave me a handwritten note as he had no business cards yet. Believe me I will be back for it!!

Really love the laptop. So far no issues, it fast, large space and it's worth every single dollar.

It's an average computer for the average user, it will not excel in any category but it is sufficient enough for my needs (Office, web pages, youtube and old games such as counter strike and world of warcraft). The screen looks good, it's not the best but it's serviceable, the keyboard and touch pad feel a bit flimsy but I tend to use an external keyboard and mouse most of the time. The onboard graphics are enough to support a second screen via HDMI or VGA connection and to play some older games at low-medium settings. I don't like the fact that the computer only has 2 USB ports, I knew that when I bought it but it still annoys me now that I have received it. I added a 4-port USB Hub and my problems were solved. It comes with Windows 8, updating to Windows 8.1 is taking forever, prepare to spend several hours waiting for the updates to download and install. I am satisfied with my buy specially with the price I paid at Bestbuy.

easy to use, not complicated to get used to, light to carry around

My old computer was destroyed by virus, so needed a new one. It was suggested that since tower/keyboards are getting "old fashioned" and are very limited, that I switch to a laptop. I was hesitant at first, but decided to go with it. This has been a little bit of a challenge, but now I am getting used to it, it has become quite user- friendly and has many functions that my old one did not. I am quite pleased with result. Buying at Best Buy helped with price, information, etc. and Geek Squad has helped over any bumps I have had.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. Have not had any problems with it so far. Great price at the time I bought it.

I purchased this laptop for use in on-site consulting engagements. I was looking for the most RAM and hard disk capacity for the money from a highly rated brand. This machine fits the bill. I have extensive work wit MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio with no problems at all. There was a trade-off between screen size and weight. The screen is great with a large screen. The laptop is a little heavy but it is a workhorse.

this laptop is great. We got 2 of them for our high school age children and with the exception of not being preloaded with Microsoft office, it offers everything else they needed or wanted, including a nice size display. I recommend this lapto for all types of users.

I bought this computer for my son to do his homework and research. It's perfect as its easy to use, the perfect size and speed.
