Good product, good price, young sales guy was clearly inexperienced, poor listener and trained to promote the more expensive equipment. Nice kid though, train him better!

I am an 84 year-old retired accountant that uses my computer to order on-line, correspond with friends and family, look at Facebook and You Tube posts and, using Word and Excel knockoff software, create spreadsheets for personal use, file my taxes using tax preparation software and draft correspondence. I'm not a "gamer" and only upgraded from a perfectly good older HP laptop because I couldn't upgrade to Windows 11. This computer satisfies all my needs and has sufficient memory for all my needs.

Came fast & no damage. First laptop I've owned and I have no complaints. It allows me to use everything I need for work and its simple to use.

Great Laptop! We got it to give to our son for College and he loves it. It has worked out well and does all the things he needs it to.

Gave this as a Christmas present, she loved it. Really fast and responsive, for her cutting machine.

As for looks, it is a very attractive technical item. I like the silver color especially. I fully expect it to furnish ease of use and plenty of Microsoft Customer Support which I will definitely use to my advantage. As for as its performance, I am unable to say because I have not put it into service yet, because due to the lack of help I received from the Geeks when I had questions regarding connecting my new printer - I am still determined to figure out the printer by myself - then I will set up my HP Laptop and get it going. Then I will have time for the HP Laptop.

Good computer for the price. Works as it should. Its fast enough and modern.

A great laptop for office type work. Start up is quick and connecting to the internet is a breeze. The size and weight make it ideal for traveling.

Laptop does everything it should. Incredibly easy to set up. Great price offered by Best Buy. Will be back to get the next tech upgrade for sure.

Exactly what I needed for work. Nice compact lap top for on the go.

Seems to work well. Have had a issues getting downloaded apps installed but they did install. Guess it would help if I was not computer illiterate

I needed a new lap top and this one from HP is just perfect. Simple to set up and use......even for a non-techy person like me.

I have my laptop for a few weeks now and it works great! Much faster than my old Toshiba laptop. A good early Black Friday deal too!
