    I only have had the laptop for one month, however so far it has met or exceeded my expectations. It was easy to set up and start using. It has windows 11 which was important for me to have the latest windows software. It charges fast and is very user friendly.

    Very nice little gift!! only the keyboard , i don't like !! Customer service was owesum, they sent it in a different address, when i complain they immediately take measures, and issue a new one for me !!
