I would rate the laptop as average. It does everything I need it to do.

Unable to understand how to make my letter bigger.

bought it for a friend at recomendation of sales person

The computer is great for basic day to day work but my biggest complaint is the clarity of the screen. Very low resolution and extremely glary. Was have to constantly adjust the angle of the screen to not have as much of a glare.

This product is very good. The price was very reasonable too.

i still have problems signing in too many steps, my daughter suggested to not use it till she cand review the issues I'm having trouble with also I use hotmail on chrome and that has changed on windows 11 I'm not a happy camper!

It is slow sometimes. My other laptop was slow too!!

Pretty good but not as fast as I thought it would be

The only drawback is keyboard behavior; while typing it will go off on different paths or just plain change location or deconstruct what I am trying to type. I have chaged sensitvity of mouse pad with no improvement.

Seemed a little slow to boot up after only a few days and I wasnt a fan of the screen quality, however there was no display in store, so I took a chance on it. I also wish it had the lit keyboard option.

It’s a good laptop for like school work or something. Didn’t work for what I needed so to not being able to get it out of s mode.

This computer is nit bad fir a very basic computer that is not a Chromebook. Do not expect to multi-task on this computer it can handle one thing at a time.

Nice and big but not many features than a basic compiuter. Good for college students on a budget. Display is poor

It is ok. The screen is not a touch screen. Side key pad only works when I sign in.

Avoid guys, it looks like a 2010 PC. Doesn’t worth your money

Works good for the price. Ive had some problem with the track pad but resolved it with a mouse.

Functionality is good but battery life is pretty weak.

Bought two of these. One for myself, because I needed a new one with a working mic for an online proctored exam, and one for my spouse whose PC had stopped holding a charge for very long. So, these do NOT stay charged very long AT ALL, which affects my spouse's work, and also when I started my exam the PC was fully charged, yet it was down to 21% just two hours later which caused my screen to dim and because it was proctored I was not allowed to get up from my seat to plug the charger in. Incredibly annoying that a brand new laptop has such an awful battery that we have both already been inconvenienced by it in the first few weeks of owning them. Oh and it's not a replaceable battery so there's that too. (Only installed ONE thing on them, the software for the proctored exam.)

The price was right. That's why I bought it. I've not yet given it. It was purchased as a gift. So, I cannot really evaluate it yet.
