So far I am very happy with this laptop, for what I need it for it works very well.,

As for looks, it is a very attractive technical item. I like the silver color especially. I fully expect it to furnish ease of use and plenty of Microsoft Customer Support which I will definitely use to my advantage. As for as its performance, I am unable to say because I have not put it into service yet, because due to the lack of help I received from the Geeks when I had questions regarding connecting my new printer - I am still determined to figure out the printer by myself - then I will set up my HP Laptop and get it going. Then I will have time for the HP Laptop.

Laptop does everything it should. Incredibly easy to set up. Great price offered by Best Buy. Will be back to get the next tech upgrade for sure.

This computer works just like the other hp computers I have purchased. PERFECT!!

Seems to work well. Have had a issues getting downloaded apps installed but they did install. Guess it would help if I was not computer illiterate

I have my laptop for a few weeks now and it works great! Much faster than my old Toshiba laptop. A good early Black Friday deal too!

Understand what you are purchasing here... You cannot clone to the UFS, the storage is LOW and cannot be expanded. If you are looking for just a straight internet machine, this will work. My issue is with the UFS drive.. .basically a MicroSD card soldered to the motherboard and NO upgrade compatibility. Removed the back and the motherboard does not even have a hard drive connector. This is basically a Chromebook with Windows.

Love my laptop. Aaron went above & beyond to find the best 1 I could afford, helped me to open my Best Buy acct. I have had 2 strokes & am slow to comprehend. He was so patient & so very kind. Please do something special 4 him. He is an asset 2 BB 1 of your best

Lightweight, quick boot for the essentials only. Got it for a parent who promptly got it stolen from their hotel lol. Clearly the lightweight was correct lol, would still recommend.

My old computer gave out suddenly and I bought this one it’s a decent price and so far it works great, I like it better than my old laptop for sure!
