This computer is nit bad fir a very basic computer that is not a Chromebook. Do not expect to multi-task on this computer it can handle one thing at a time.

Not good if you like to stream. Keeps dropping the internet and if you listen to music it stops in mid song to buffer.

Nice and big but not many features than a basic compiuter. Good for college students on a budget. Display is poor

Works good for the price. Ive had some problem with the track pad but resolved it with a mouse.

The price was right. That's why I bought it. I've not yet given it. It was purchased as a gift. So, I cannot really evaluate it yet.

First one that was shipped to me, got stuck in middle of “update” while trying to setup computer and wouldn’t do anything after that. Had to return to store and swap out for new one. That one worked…so far.

Inexpensive laptop. Suitable for my purposes. Display quality is not crisp. Gray keyboard keys may wear over time.

Bought two of these. One for myself, because I needed a new one with a working mic for an online proctored exam, and one for my spouse whose PC had stopped holding a charge for very long. So, these do NOT stay charged very long AT ALL, which affects my spouse's work, and also when I started my exam the PC was fully charged, yet it was down to 21% just two hours later which caused my screen to dim and because it was proctored I was not allowed to get up from my seat to plug the charger in. Incredibly annoying that a brand new laptop has such an awful battery that we have both already been inconvenienced by it in the first few weeks of owning them. Oh and it's not a replaceable battery so there's that too. (Only installed ONE thing on them, the software for the proctored exam.)

No touch screen. The order was not what we was looking for

Small keyboard with keys not in their usual position owing to the including of a number keypad. Very difficult to type unless you look at the keyboard. USB-C cannot charge the device, so you have to use the proprietary HP charger. Not upgradable for memory or internal storage.

Battery life is not good system is slow too its average

The graphics of the computer are noticeably old. The keyboard is super old. I needed the laptop for an emergency but I wish I’d waited until I could afford something better

This laptop is little bigger than what I was expecting it but the price was convenient and also it doesn’t have a keyboard light

i still have problems signing in too many steps, my daughter suggested to not use it till she cand review the issues I'm having trouble with also I use hotmail on chrome and that has changed on windows 11 I'm not a happy camper!

Very slow system with calculator fixed to laptop’s mouse pad, very bad product

By mistake my order was delivered to my former address. I tried to catch this before the delivery, but did not. So I tried contacting Best Buy numerous times to have the item canceled. Too late, it was delivered one day early. The driver should have been informed that the item should go back to Best Buy. This did not happen. Do, someone got a free laptop on me.

It was a great computer, just that words were pixel and i had to return it. The computer as well felt so light.

It’s a good laptop for like school work or something. Didn’t work for what I needed so to not being able to get it out of s mode.

The lap top went to opening screen and then froze. Not able to get it to turn on. After several hours it suddenly started up. Never had this problem with any lap top including several HP’s.

It was a good starter PC Laptop for my grandson to use.
