Pleasantly surprised at how lightweight and thin this laptop is. Haven't completely set it up but think it will satisfy my needs. Great price and delivered safely and quickly.

This is the perfect firat computer for my grandson. It has just the right amount of storage and processing capabilities. It has the signature sleek Hp designs with the 10 key pad. He absolutely loves it.

I bought this laptop for myself. I am surprised at how fast it runs. The only issue is that the keys are gray and the lettering is white, which makes it hard to read. Other than that, I am happy with it.

I am an 84 year-old retired accountant that uses my computer to order on-line, correspond with friends and family, look at Facebook and You Tube posts and, using Word and Excel knockoff software, create spreadsheets for personal use, file my taxes using tax preparation software and draft correspondence. I'm not a "gamer" and only upgraded from a perfectly good older HP laptop because I couldn't upgrade to Windows 11. This computer satisfies all my needs and has sufficient memory for all my needs.

I got this PC on a whim.I unexpectedly needed a laptop for my college course. It was on a great deal,a lil over $200,and well worth it. Seems to run fast and smooth,so far.

This computer is a good deal for the amount spent. Very easy to set up, even for non tech folks. Screen is bright and easy to see. The downside is it loses charge rapidly and needs to be plugged in often.

Very easy set up and use. After years of using a desktop and comfortable with it I was reluctant to just us a laptop. Now I will not be going back to a desktop.

Bought this for my father in law when his died. It is very to set up and easy to use. It is a very good deal for the price if you don’t need all the other fancy bells and whistles.

As for looks, it is a very attractive technical item. I like the silver color especially. I fully expect it to furnish ease of use and plenty of Microsoft Customer Support which I will definitely use to my advantage. As for as its performance, I am unable to say because I have not put it into service yet, because due to the lack of help I received from the Geeks when I had questions regarding connecting my new printer - I am still determined to figure out the printer by myself - then I will set up my HP Laptop and get it going. Then I will have time for the HP Laptop.

Seems to work well. Have had a issues getting downloaded apps installed but they did install. Guess it would help if I was not computer illiterate

Purchased for a college student and she loves it.Just what she needed. The speed is excellent, nice appearance, lightweight. Easy to transport. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in a nice laptop. The salesman was experience and he was on top of all the software I needed. The price was right for my budget and it suits all my needs.

This laptop is perfect for my use. I need it to organize files and photos and when I need to use an actial keyboard. My old HP Pavillion was 12 years old, still worked but oh so slow at this point. I had to learn the hard way that on this new HP everything is automatically saved to the Microsoft Cloud. You have to go into Settings to save "to PC" as the default setting. A little Microsoft trick: the Cloud fills up fast and then you have to pay for more storage. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the performance and the price!!

My old computer gave out suddenly and I bought this one it’s a decent price and so far it works great, I like it better than my old laptop for sure!

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I purchased this for my mother who is a school teacher and who also utilizes a computer for tutoring other students and writing grant proposals. She is very happy to have an up-to-date computer and calls me once a week to let me know if she’s still is very grateful for this gift.
