Good success with several HP computers for my CPA practice. They do lock you out from using alternative ink when buying their printers.

The HP laptops works quickly and efficiently in safe mode, and also out of safe mode, after we had to download Zoom. I purchased it for my 76 yo relative who had been computer literate, and he was able to adjust to using it, rather than his decades-old laptop running Windows 7.

Fast and easy set up. Graphics are well displayed. Multi users on the system is helpful

I give it 4 stars cause the keyboard doesn't have any lights but I just hooked up my wireless. Pretty easy to set up. It does have Windows 11 in S mode installed. You have to disable this in settings - activation - go to store - select switch to Windows home or pro - click get. Now I can download any app not just Microsoft store. After switching out of S mode you can't go back into that mode. Battery seems to drain quickly. Overall - This is a great deal! I highly dz

Needed a replacement for work and this laptop has worked out very well and a great price!

This is a good buy for the money. It has frozen up on me a couple of times but was easily fixed. It is good enough for my needs because I use it for a small household.

With the sale price this laptop provides very good value for a simple use machine.

This laptop wuickly loaded updates and ran through a video for beginners on windows 11. I love the helpful copilot that can explain how to do something or do it fir you. It connected with printer easily and downliaded my info from older laptop so i could pick up whete i left iff on windows 10. Great price at $250 off.
