Great buy. Easy to work. Fast reliable just wish it had a touch screen.

I've had this inexpensive HP laptop for a couple of weeks now, and so far it works better than the near-$3k Dell laptop that I recently returned due to a malfunction. The 8GB memory allows for me to stream shows online, check email, update and create Excel and Word documents, and save to my external hard drive. This is a great budget-friendly laptop if you also have an external hard drive to store your items (and a backup external hard drive to keep them safe). After dealing with expensive computer malfunctions, I don't think I'll ever return to buying expensive laptops again. I think for my needs, HP is the best so far.

I got this laptop on sale, very pleased with the price and performance. I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 as my old laptop was out of date. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a mid level machine.

Great laptop. I am 71 and just needed a little help to set it up since I have very basic computer skills. I bought it due to the low sales price and Windows 11. It has all the features and speed I need for day to day work.

This is the best value for the money in my opinion. This laptop functions beautifully and is well built. If you instead want a backlit keyboard and oodles of memory and storage you will pay several $100’s more. Stay basic, stay economical and stay happy with this one.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She's in high school and plans to take it to school and use at home for homework. She has a laptop sleeve in her backpack and it fits perfectly. She's very happy with it so far.

Works really great for everyday home use. I like the touch screen, and linking my phone to it. Wish the keyboard light up. Really nice. Im having zero issues with it. Got it for taking care of business and to start up with remote work.

Love it. Great computer battery life is half and half is charges fast but dies kinda fast in my opinion.

I purchased this laptop for my grandson for Christmas. I opened and set it up for him and it works great. I would purchase this as a proper laptop for children or for daily tasks

This laptop was a gift for my daughter. She is very happy with the HP. She loves the numeric 10 key since a great deal of her use is data entry. My only regret is that I did not purchase a second one for myself. It is perfect for personal use.

Great - works good for my needs (which are not high demand). I only use this for basic applications and don't put too much demand on it. It would likely be slower for more complex applications.
