Great laptop for anyone looking for a basic PC to use for work or personal needs. I'm not a gamer, so this basic laptop works great for my needs... Travels well and has a good battery life. you can also upgrade the memory and drive if you need to ... that is a plus in my book

This laptop works well for internet browsing and school use. Set up was easy and the battery life seems good. The display is clear and the laptop works well with MS Office.

This is very fast and light weight. We needed something we could use in the car on the go. The battery life is fantastic.

If you need an affordable laptop for daily tasks, this HP is an easy recommendation. Performance is snappy for browsing, email, Office, and streaming. Build quality is nice and the chassis is lightweight but not flimsy. Fans are quiet and it does not get hot on the lap. The display is bright indoors and the speakers are clear for calls. Storage is only 128 GB, though, so I keep larger files in the cloud. Great value and a smooth experience.

Love my computer! We are a bit older and it’s usually not so easy for us to navigate these things but this is so fast and easy for all the things we need from it! Nothing too complicated, just normal use but exactly what we wanted ! Best Buy was great at setting it up and had it done the next day!! Great improvement from my previous one which I had to replace because it was a windows 10, but I am so glad we did because at the great price and the ease of use we couldn’t be happier!

Good, simple laptop. I did not need anything fancy and this is exactly what I was looking for. I like that it has a number pad and I like the clicks of the keys. I like the chrome color and how slim it is. It runs very well and I haven't had any issues so far.

This is a perfect laptop for me. It was easy to set up; just follow the on-screen instructions. It doesn’t come with a bunch of bloatware that I would remove anyway. It’s fast, and has plenty of storage for me. I did add MS Office to it, which was also easy. And I like the numbers keypad. I’m very happy with this purchase. It would work well for most students too. You probably want an upgrade for a big gamer.

This is a great computer for household use. It's powerful enough for multitasking. The size and price are economical. It has an enough power, storage and memory for what I purchased to use it for. I love H P brand and it's the only computer and printer I purchase.

I bought it a week ago and it has not given me any problems besides that the quality how the screen looks it is perfect and it is not slow. So i would have given it 5 but it is the sound is a little low.

Laptop was everything I needed. It’s fast enough to browse the web and do online banking and keep spreadsheets. The battery isn't the longest lasting but is more than adequate for everyday use. I am thoroughly enjoying this Laptop.

Overall, it's a great laptop. The display is high quality, it runs fast, doesn't overheat too quickly, and has a good battery life. I've found it lasts at least eight hours, if not more! I would highly recommend this laptop. I also got this on sale, to make the purchase even better.
