Great buy at the price. It has so many functions I probably need my son to show me how to use them. I ordered it on line at Best Buy and received it a day later. I also bought my refrigerator on line at Best Buy and was delivered and installed the next day. Great service.

Good quality for the price! Runs smoothly, starts up quickly, and supports my internet-based usage. Does not have great durability, with slight flex in the keyboard when lifted incorrectly. Not a super long battery life, especially if being used for video calls. Does sometimes glitch when switching between tasks/tabs/programs. Overall, a decent work laptop for my basic needs.

The screen went blank after unpacking and starting to use. Took back to BestBuy in Trussville Alabama. There was some issues in getting the store to replace my defective HP laptop with a new one. The laptop had not been out of the box very long and the store had a policy that the return time was extended due to the Christmas holidays which I was retiring the laptop within that time frame. Myself and household are HP computer/laptop individuals and has always made our purchases from BestBuy. At first there was an unwillingness to exchange, fix, or refund money for the laptop. Eventually the exchanged was made and I left a happy customer. Hopefully there are no further issues with my HP Laptop

Setup was quick and easy. Display looks good. I would recommend this device to friends.

Love HP products and this was no exception. The price was just right along with other features presented. The Natural Silver is eye catching. Looking forward to using this laptop and expecting many years of service.
