I bought my laptop from Best Buy, and it’s been great! It runs smoothly, has good battery life, and works perfectly for school and personal use. I’m really enjoying it — great purchase and great service!

I bought it a week ago and it has not given me any problems besides that the quality how the screen looks it is perfect and it is not slow. So i would have given it 5 but it is the sound is a little low.

Bought this laptop for my elderly grandmother who hasn’t used a laptop in over 10 years. She has loved it. We got it set up with all her online accounts and programs to use and it has been a great experience. She loves the big screen and long lasting battery life. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a simple laptop for daily needs.

Needed a laptop for the office that could do basic things quickly and easily. This laptop fits the bill. Looks nice and works well. Battery lasts a while. No issues.

This device is fast, compact, and sustains battery life for hours.

The computer works really good, the display is clear and good quality, all of the keys work and are good size, and the speed is excellent. My only complaint is I wished the volume keys were a different color, because they'd be a little easier to find. Overall, I'm very pleased with the computer and would recommend it.

Easy wi-fi set up. General web browsing and some light work with spread sheets. Not a gaming computer, but light weight, screen is good, and great for the price

Overall, it's a great laptop. The display is high quality, it runs fast, doesn't overheat too quickly, and has a good battery life. I've found it lasts at least eight hours, if not more! I would highly recommend this laptop. I also got this on sale, to make the purchase even better.

I needed a laptop for my basic needs. Internet, email, banking and shopping. It is fast and easy to use. I'm sure it is capable of many other things. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this laptop.

love the size of the computer, It's smaller in size and lighter in weight than Windows 10. It's very efficient; loads quickly.

Laptop was everything I needed. It’s fast enough to browse the web and do online banking and keep spreadsheets. The battery isn't the longest lasting but is more than adequate for everyday use. I am thoroughly enjoying this Laptop.

This laptop was originally order...and was delivered, great value, and fast delivery. I loaded my applications and decided I need a Laptop that also included a TouchScreen. I revisited the BestBuy Store and returned this unit and purchased almost identical laptop with a Touchscreen and a bit more power. The staff was very informative and helped me pick my new laptop without and issues. Great service....Thanks

This is a great laptop for basic, everyday use. I got it for my remote job and I’ve really enjoyed using it so far. It’s very easy to set up as well. The only downside is the battery life; it doesn’t last as long as I expected for a brand new computer, but otherwise I have no complaints!

Excellent value for the price. Inexpensive and while it lacks a few advertised features (backlit keyboard & fingerprint reader) it still is faster than my old laptop with more memory. More than adequate to my simple needs of basic email and notetaking and it has a huge screen for video

Bought as a simplistic work computer and works great for what I needed it for. Good camera and microphone for video conferences, speed is good but wouldn't be great for gaming.

For us, a perfect computer. I no longer need a super high powered device. I find this to be very fast, and I like the smaller size to. No touchscreen, but that's OK for us.
