Very slow system with calculator fixed to laptop’s mouse pad, very bad product

It was a great computer, just that words were pixel and i had to return it. The computer as well felt so light.

By mistake my order was delivered to my former address. I tried to catch this before the delivery, but did not. So I tried contacting Best Buy numerous times to have the item canceled. Too late, it was delivered one day early. The driver should have been informed that the item should go back to Best Buy. This did not happen. Do, someone got a free laptop on me.

The lap top went to opening screen and then froze. Not able to get it to turn on. After several hours it suddenly started up. Never had this problem with any lap top including several HP’s.

It’s a good laptop for like school work or something. Didn’t work for what I needed so to not being able to get it out of s mode.

This is the 2nd HP laptop I've purchased with these specs. Both got caught in a 'boot loop" after Windows updates and I could not get out of it. I had to return both laptops and buy a different brand name. Too bad as I typically like HP

The screen was very very bad every time I turned on the computer it happens to me that it was dead even though I charged it every time before I would not recommend it even if you are on a low budget

My delivery after I purchased this laptop was cancelled for some reason, it was too close to Xmas so I requested a refund so I could buy the item from some where else

Bought about a month before Christmas. Haven't used much. Ok price $219.95. Washed out graphics. Tried to adjust. Would return if I could. Those giving a 5 star. I sell to you.

It was a good starter PC Laptop for my grandson to use.

the HP software could not find a Wifi, so my initial install was a total stop.

I haven't used the laptop yet because the set up is not easy for this senior. I'm not teaching anymore so I just need to accomplish simple task. I was looking forca touch screen this popped up along with others but its not a touch screen so there it sits and I'm still using my old one. Im disappointed

Awful. I was having some medical issues and wasn't able to try it out right away so it was past the return date by the time I did. The keyboard is all but unreadable nd the disply looks washed out. I can't use it so will try to resell or give away so it isn't a complete waste. Try any new laptop in the store before purchasing. Don't make the mistake I did!

Very weak laptop. Would recommend only for kids as homework laptop

The screen resolution is awful and not very transparent in the description and detail details when purchasing the laptop.

The computer wouldn't even turn on. Said it was like new open box.

Item was purchased and did deliver. I however reached out to best buy and they gave me a refund.

ok for price. Chromebooks are way faster. Too much preloaded slows down speed. Would not use for anything but basic web browsing.
