My Father in law loves this computer, it was easy to set up and its speed is great. He can use it with ease even though he is not tech savy.

Laptop is working great so far.......I do not expect any issues!!! I purchased my laptop online, lots of choices but shopping made easy!!!! The drive to store to pick up the laptop took longer than....actually picking it up!!! Service was friendly and efficient. Thank You Best Buy!!!!!!

Amazing laptop. I did not realize how slow and old mine was until using this one. Very fast, large clear screen and a great keypad.

Easy to setup and runs fast for my needs. Installed Microsoft 365 as well as linking my iPhone setting up yahoo and Gmail emails via outlook and synced folders/drives easily. It installs updates quickly and easily navigate Microsoft store for compatible apps such as adobe pdf can find pdf apps that work same for free so don’t think s model hinders your efforts but can be turned off if need be. Great value for money.

Nothing fancy but great option for the price, if you don’t need a lot of storage

Good computer, I love it. It does everything i want it to do. However the preloaded Microsoft setup is a real piece of junk. It kept locking me out of my computer every couple of days, and would keep me locked out for 2-3 days. MS wouldn't let me set up a PIN. Even though it requires a PIN to unlock your computer!?

I love how it's simple to navigate and it's up to date. It's simple to use for editing pictures and prepping my pictures for customers. It's fast as well. Amazing

This laptop is perfect for my use. I need it to organize files and photos and when I need to use an actial keyboard. My old HP Pavillion was 12 years old, still worked but oh so slow at this point. I had to learn the hard way that on this new HP everything is automatically saved to the Microsoft Cloud. You have to go into Settings to save "to PC" as the default setting. A little Microsoft trick: the Cloud fills up fast and then you have to pay for more storage. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the performance and the price!!

I bought this computer to do school homework and it works great also is great to watch shows on it considering the big screen
