I have no issues what so ever with this device. We use it to program panels we service and basic surfing looking for pdf manuals. This is not a high performing laptop, but it’s solid for what it was built for.

Really enjoying this HP. It's alot faster than my old one.

After researching on what laptop, I wanted to purchase for both work and school, I found the perfect match with the HP laptop I purchased from Best Buy. It was both cost effective as well as having all the features needed for both work and personal use. The price was the deal breaker and so far, I have no complaints. I would say it's been the smartest purchase I have so far.

The computer works really good, the display is clear and good quality, all of the keys work and are good size, and the speed is excellent. My only complaint is I wished the volume keys were a different color, because they'd be a little easier to find. Overall, I'm very pleased with the computer and would recommend it.
