    Good product my only frustration is just getting used to the functions and touchpad is very sensitive. My screen sometimes gets much bigger which is annoying. HP has great products and they last a long time. Not sure I like windows 11 though.

    I am happy with this product. The past few purchases I have been staying with HP. I am not a tech person so I can't go into details about how the laptop works. My only regret is that if I had a few extra dollars I would of liked to have purchased a touch screen. After using my last HP i had a touch screen and I can't believe how I took advantage of this. My last HP laptop the screen kept juming and I thought it was smarter to put the monies into a new one. My last contract had expired so it would have been out of pocket expenses which I don't have.
