    Some Buttons get stuck and the pad for the mouse gets stuck as well but then again it was an open box sell so maybe thats why

    First one that was shipped to me, got stuck in middle of “update” while trying to setup computer and wouldn’t do anything after that. Had to return to store and swap out for new one. That one worked…so far.

    I purchased this product when my current laptop broke. Then I was able to get my laptop fixed so I returned this new laptop on Oct. 17 but had a long wait at the customer service desk as they were short of help.
