Overall, it's a great laptop. The display is high quality, it runs fast, doesn't overheat too quickly, and has a good battery life. I've found it lasts at least eight hours, if not more! I would highly recommend this laptop. I also got this on sale, to make the purchase even better.

I needed a laptop for my basic needs. Internet, email, banking and shopping. It is fast and easy to use. I'm sure it is capable of many other things. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this laptop.

Excellent value for the price. Inexpensive and while it lacks a few advertised features (backlit keyboard & fingerprint reader) it still is faster than my old laptop with more memory. More than adequate to my simple needs of basic email and notetaking and it has a huge screen for video

This is a great laptop for basic, everyday use. I got it for my remote job and I’ve really enjoyed using it so far. It’s very easy to set up as well. The only downside is the battery life; it doesn’t last as long as I expected for a brand new computer, but otherwise I have no complaints!

Bought as a simplistic work computer and works great for what I needed it for. Good camera and microphone for video conferences, speed is good but wouldn't be great for gaming.

This is a great laptop and it was a great price. The size is perfect. It's easy to use and the display, lighting and color features are good too.

For us, a perfect computer. I no longer need a super high powered device. I find this to be very fast, and I like the smaller size to. No touchscreen, but that's OK for us.

My Father in law loves this computer, it was easy to set up and its speed is great. He can use it with ease even though he is not tech savy.

So far, so good. Great laptop and definite upgrade from my old one. Easy to get started and easy to install my 3rd party SW. Light weight.

This laptop is perfect for my use. I need it to organize files and photos and when I need to use an actial keyboard. My old HP Pavillion was 12 years old, still worked but oh so slow at this point. I had to learn the hard way that on this new HP everything is automatically saved to the Microsoft Cloud. You have to go into Settings to save "to PC" as the default setting. A little Microsoft trick: the Cloud fills up fast and then you have to pay for more storage. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the performance and the price!!

I love how it's simple to navigate and it's up to date. It's simple to use for editing pictures and prepping my pictures for customers. It's fast as well. Amazing
