This is a great laptop and it was a great price. The size is perfect. It's easy to use and the display, lighting and color features are good too.

Amazing laptop. I did not realize how slow and old mine was until using this one. Very fast, large clear screen and a great keypad.

Easy to setup and runs fast for my needs. Installed Microsoft 365 as well as linking my iPhone setting up yahoo and Gmail emails via outlook and synced folders/drives easily. It installs updates quickly and easily navigate Microsoft store for compatible apps such as adobe pdf can find pdf apps that work same for free so don’t think s model hinders your efforts but can be turned off if need be. Great value for money.

Love our laptops...I bought 2 since the price was amazing. Windows 11 is awesome and this computer is fast and easy to install your apps.

Laptop is working great so far.......I do not expect any issues!!! I purchased my laptop online, lots of choices but shopping made easy!!!! The drive to store to pick up the laptop took longer than....actually picking it up!!! Service was friendly and efficient. Thank You Best Buy!!!!!!

I really like it. Does what I need it to do. Fast processing and a decent screen. It's a great computer for doing your run of the mill computing stuff.

I love how it's simple to navigate and it's up to date. It's simple to use for editing pictures and prepping my pictures for customers. It's fast as well. Amazing

Understand what you are purchasing here... You cannot clone to the UFS, the storage is LOW and cannot be expanded. If you are looking for just a straight internet machine, this will work. My issue is with the UFS drive.. .basically a MicroSD card soldered to the motherboard and NO upgrade compatibility. Removed the back and the motherboard does not even have a hard drive connector. This is basically a Chromebook with Windows.

This laptop is perfect for my use. I need it to organize files and photos and when I need to use an actial keyboard. My old HP Pavillion was 12 years old, still worked but oh so slow at this point. I had to learn the hard way that on this new HP everything is automatically saved to the Microsoft Cloud. You have to go into Settings to save "to PC" as the default setting. A little Microsoft trick: the Cloud fills up fast and then you have to pay for more storage. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the performance and the price!!
