Its a good configuration at a good price. I got a deal with $80 less in flash sale and that made it better.

I purchased this laptop for my 78 year old mother. It is perfect for her! It's not too complicated, easy to set up and she can find what she needs without too much trouble. It's a great buy for those looking for a simple solution to get things done without spending a ton of money!

I have to say for the price, this laptop has everything I needed for personal use. I like it so much better than my work computer, a Lenovo, which is more bulky and not as user friendly.

This is a nice laptop overall. The only things I didn't care for are...the keyboard has no backlights except for the caps lock key & Windows 10 is a little hard to find things on.

Very happy with this computer. We have three of them. The only thing is that I have found wrong is on one of them the touch screen gets locked up and you almost have to push control alt delete to get it to start thinking again. It took a lot of getting used to Windows 10, but love it now!

This model of HP's laptop is a good basic model. You don't want to do anything that stresses it too much...it's not a gamer laptop. I prefer HP's previous model of this laptop. It had 6GB memory and 750GB hard drive. This one has 4GB memory with 1TB hard drive. I can feel and see the lack of those 2GB of memory in just simple processes. You can upgrade the memory per a chat I had with HP Support. Nice to have the larger drive but it does not have the strength of the previous model. That said, it's a good, solid everyday email-internet laptop.

Being clueless about computers, how does one decide what to get? How much money should u spend? Considering all I do on computers is mostly Facebook and Internet games, I'm fine with this purchase. The speed is good and so is the price. Everything here was satisfactory to my needs.

The laptop is a i5 which is a premium laptop compared to amd models you get more for your money buying this laptop with its core features

Could be a defective product, but have to return as it had a software issue after about 10 days. Otherwise great computer for the price

Wanted a mid-range laptop with solid performance and quality manufacturing. Very satisfied with both and got a good price as well.

Overall, happy with purchase. I run a small business from home so must be up and functional at all times. Setup took a bit but I'm not the most savvy, admittedly. Speedy processor, load times are nice and quick. Picture on screen is good and I sit in a window with direct light, anti-glare is good. I find I need to push on keys determinedly or typos when writing. A bit of trouble hooking to my wireless printer but it's definitely a step up from my last laptop that I held on to way past its expiration date.

Caught this one on sale and for the novice it have advanced functionality and is very fast! Overall a great buy for the money

I am very happy with this purchase I have never had a lap top that I liked as much as this one. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to Microsoft 10. A good improvement. I chose this one because it has double memory as my old one and for a fair price.

Needed a new laptop for my daughter entering college this fall. Wanted something easy to tote around with a large hdd. This fits the bill perfectly and for a nice price. First cpu with Windows 10, so got it early so she's familiar with it before school starts.

This HP laptop is working well for home and business use, and is lightweight enough to move around easily.

I must admit after using a Mac for a year, I am loving my computer. I love that it has apps. I didn't like that I had to buy one in order to watch DVDs. Windows 10 does not allow you just insert a DVD like in the old days.

I bought this laptop for my mom to use for just some invoices and pictures for her business. It is great for that and much more. I am in Dental school and would gladly use this laptop actually if I didn't have my much more expensive Samsung 9 Spin. Once running, this laptop can actually keep up with my school computer and only takes 30 seconds longer to load. You get a pretty good quality screen and volume for the price. The only drawback I see is the touchpad is kind of rough but still effective.

Have had no problems since laptop arrived. The screen has a great picture. Audio is a bit bland but I wouldn't expect a laptop to provide adequate stereo sound. All in all a great laptop at a reasonable price.

I have average technology skills and appreciate the ease in learning to use my new laptop.
