I am not computer-savvy. So I signed up with Geek Squad and after 3 turns at the phone and chat room, I'm now using my HP computer with some grace. Being not of the computer generation (I'm over--- and retired) I'm getting used to using this machine. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad to someone my age!!

So far,so good,very nice laptop with intel i5 processor in very good price,for now works very well,only my recomendation,uninstall McAfee .

This laptop serves its intended purpose well. It is filling the need for simple web browsing / word processing. No complaints for this intended use.

Gave this computer as a gift to my brother in law. He just needed some for pleasure and to load all his photography on it to edit them. He loves it.

A great laptop for beginner;bought it for my 11 yr old to do his homework. Easy to set up, he loves it and great for his projects.

as usual it took some time to get set up , I;m still working on it to interact with several printers in different locations

This computer does exactly what I need without a lot of bells and whistles. The computer is light weight and boots up fairly quickly. My only issue is, despite updating several drivers, the computer will lockup and shutdown the wireless for "no reason". A hard restart seems to be the only way to reconnect to the wireless.

Laptop functions as it should. There is no backlighted keyboard which disappointed.

I came into the store not having a specific brand in mind, but an idea of size and capabilities. The staff helped me choose this selection, and it matches exactly what I was looking for. Lives up to the HP name. Very easy to use, love the features including built in camera and microphone, CD drive, and storage capacity.

This laptop replaced a Sony 2001.... it is an other worldly experience. Quick out of the box start up. We have owned several HP printers but this the first HP computer product we have purchased Price was a consideration but so was the HP name.

This is a great computer for our use, which is the internet and MS office.

I have owned this for a little over a year now. The compter is fine but I really don'tlike Windows 10. IT could be that I don't takethe time to learn it but who wants to have to relearn your software every years of so. It surely isn't a transparent conversion from my previous Windowns 9.0.

HP has always provided me with quality products and this laptop is the latest tool I would highly recommend.

First laptop in years. Not familiar with Microsoft 10 but it was really easy to learn. The speed on the laptop is fast. Response is great.

Does the job I need it to do. Not used for gaming. It's for school and weekend work when I need it.
