The laptop is adequate but not wonderful. It is a little heavier and not as fast as I would like.

It's a little slow and freezes up when try to do too much work but all in all it's a good laptop

Good for what I need it for. Would be better if Best Buy wasn't always wanting me to review it.

This is a good laptop for being the very first one I ever owned. It is easy to use. Love it.

One problem is that they said it came with blutooth but It actually do not have blutooth.

It is a good laptop but unable to use Bluetooth which is a must on today's demand.

After 12 day with the laptop I was not happy with the speed or the performance of the system. It was really slow and got stuck from page to page. I did not expected this from a i5 8Gb of ram and 1tb of memory. After checking and trying a different Internet speeds there was no change. Not happy at all.

Makes continuous fan like noise once turn on from day one..Please help .

Hard drive and battery bad within 2 years. Charging port not working properly. I'm very disappointed. Suggestion-get extended warranty (1 yr) and pay with credit card which will extend your warranty.

For the price I expected it to be so-so. But it's a pretty good laptop

I purchased this online looking at the specs. The specs are okay for this price. But the quality and how it feels when you handle the laptop is way far away from the price. i wouldn't expect this quality from a $500 laptop. Returned it !

I bought this computer about a month ago and it is continuously slow. Not only does it barely work but it freezes anytime I try to use Adobe products. The hard drive should be able to handle the programs yet don't work. So I returned it. And I exchanged it for another figuring it was just a dud. Get the second one home to see the "p" key doesn't work. I just exchanged for a third computer. If this one doesn't work, I'll be getting my money back as well as putting a call into corporate. Maybe it's my own fault for sticking with the same product, but at least I can warn others against it. I don't have high hopes for this third laptop...

Too heavy and too much plastic, looked and felt cheap. Able to crack with a single drop, " look on the ground, it's a record, it's broken, NO! it's my laptop!
