This is one of the best purchases that I have made in years. I got it thinking I'm not sure if it's going to be for me. Now I can't stop raving about it. It's fast, easy to use and beautiful! Best Buy did it again! I love when they exceed my expectations!

At the beginning I was kinda disappointed because I couldn't get the touch screen to work. The geek squad didn't know how to help. We just couldn't figure it out. After a hour of looking through this bad boy I noticed an update notification. I updated and restarted the computer and wouldn't ya know the touch screen started working. I absolutely love this computer and would definitely would recommend. Also I've had this computer since April and still love it.

This was a good computer but I exchanged it for a macbook air because I was trying to save money by buying a chromebook but this one was more expensive than some of the others so I decided to get what I really wanted. As far as rating this computer for the short time that I had it, I did like it. It has a number pad which I found useful. Also the screen size was very good-15.6 but this made it heavier and less portable. If a chromebook is what you want then I’m sure you will like this one.

Very quick to boot up. Chrome OS is simple and intuitive. Very light weight with good battery life and great display.

Invested in this chromebook for grandkids online classes after Covid-19 closed school buildings. Easy to navigate. 3rd grader has had no issues whatsoever. Fast, efficient and bought it on sale at a great price!

No issues so far. It gives decent battery backup for 8 to 10 hours. Processing is fast. Will not recommend for games.

I bought this for my sister since her other laptop broke down and she kept asking to borrow mine. She’s a student and this laptop is perfect for her, she wasn’t able to install the Microsoft programs but that wasn’t an issue since she’s able to use them through her outlook email. The backlit keyboard is nice, it’s not too heavy, and it’s pretty fast. Overall we are both happy with the purchase.

It is very stylish with the colors and feels. Screen looks beautiful. Battery is decent

I needed a chromebook for my son due to covid distance learning and this worked perfectly. Downsides are that there are not any external display adapters and it is chrome OS so that in itself is limiting. Overall pleased with purchase.

Overall there are no issues with this Chromebook. The screen is bright, large and works well as a touchscreen. The keyboard is responsive and number keypad is very useful. The software runs well and I have noticed no lag.

This is perfect especially for office works and movies. Money is worth it.

I purchased this when it was on the deal of the day because I had been looking for a larger Chromebook. I have been very pleased that I did. Excellent screen quality, separate numeric keypad, backlit keypad and nicely tactile trackpad.

I love this laptop! It always stays cold, has a long battery life, the backlit keyboard helps me see when I have homework allnighters. I've owned it for 2 months now and the only problem I've had was when I first turned it on, the touch screen wasn't working. A quick message to the Geek Squad and it was working perfectly.

Good value. Occasionally freezes up when using Zoom for school. Screen size and keyboard are great. Would recommend for kids going to school not for a business/work laptop.

Very impressed. Feels solid and high quality. Beautiful screen. Battery lasts as long as they claim. No lag in operation. If it is your first Chromebook very fast learning curve. Simple instructions included tell you everything you need to know. If you are using a Android phone one simple step to join them up.

Chromebook super easy to set up. However, if you use windows, this is not the computer for you. It's pretty much a google product. keyboard and screen pretty, but I had to return it.

I needed to access Windows and Outlook. It is so frustrating to have to make another account to just open the notebook. It would not recognize the gmail account I already had. NOT user friendly. I am returning it once I am able to find the Microsoft Office I downloaded and move it to my new real computer. I don't know what happened I needed this to work from home and don't remember ordering a "notebook". It cost me over a week of vacation time because I could not work while I waited for a real computer to arrive!

Nice Chromebook. Upgraded from a Dell laptop that was having display issues. Love how the Chromebook wakes up with no lag. Switching between family members is very easy. Kids can access their school docs/sheets on a bigger screen.

I purchased this chromebook at an amazing price for my daughters 10th birthday. This thing is quick everything work effortlessly and she absolutely loves it she hasn’t put it down since the day she got it. It also came in handy with online school since her school closed over this epidemic.
