I am not a high-tech computer guru. I just need something that works for my professional needs - email, office capabilities and general web browsing, etc. So far, I have absolutely no complaints! The touch screen aspect is new to me and pretty neat. Everything I've used so far has worked great!

I wouldn't say my previous laptop was old, but it was beginning to reduce to oil. Luckily this unit stepped in and immediately stepped up to the plate. I've loaded my files and they can actually be executed with a few seconds instead of days. Reasonable price, functional device = happy consumer.

The laptop is lightweight and the touchscreen is a nice added feature. The minor issues are no light on the number lock key to see if it's on and inability to scroll on the mouse touch pad.

The computer is very nice works fast and I love the touch screen the only thing I would've change is to make it into a tablet to use the touchscreen better but overall it's a good computer

Excellent basic laptop with plenty of storage. Its used primarily for business, so fancy speakers and screen are not as important. Great to have a 10-key as well as the machine is not heavy.

I read both negative and positive reviews for this laptop before buying and I have to say I've had NO COMPLAINTS what so ever. It was easy to setup and the operation is fast and great! I really enjoy this laptop and recommend it to anyone wanting a dependable laptop at an affordable price.

This laptop is an excellent mid-range, mid-weight, mid-price unit that seems very popular among my co-workers and family. When my recent laptop started to misfire, the choice was to replace the hard drive and battery, or start over. As I never really loved the old unit, starting over seemed a good idea. I like he size, the weight, and the way it's working. I do have to haul this unit around a bit so the weight matters. One thing I liked in my old unit was the lighted keyboard while freshly started. Made it easier to log in.

Really like the touchscreen capability. That helped me pick this one vs. a Lenovo that I was looking at. Battery life is not as advertised. Goes about 2 hrs then you have to plug in.

So far it has been a great buy, though slower then I expected. Good news is I can easily upgrade RAM and am sure would be a little more up to speed. Great laptop for cheap price.

This has been a great computer. Is fast and efficient on my daughter using it for school fantastic with all the Microsoft office works I do . Great storage and would recommend

Computer works as it should.... Very fast and great price. Only thing I would like changed would be the pre installed software that comes with each computer purchased. I unusually have to swipe the computer and do a fresh install to get the full capabilities of the computer.

Great price for a relatively light weight touch screen with 1TB of hard drive. Poor battery performance even on battery saver mode. Wish the caps lock had an indicator light.

This computer works great for my online interactive classes. I also decided to test whether it could support editing and creating Gopro videos and surprisingly did well.

It does very well with a lot of storage and the touch screen is nice. Bought it for mainly emails and surfing net.Bride is very pleased with it. Great value for the price.

Well so far, I'm loving this laptop. I got it at a good price, its touch screen, and easy to use. The screen is a good size. Also, it's one of a handful that you can still purchase with a CD/DVD burner. A lot of new ones don't have that option. The only thing I didn't like is I feel the battery doesn't last as long as I would like it to.

It is good sized but not heavy. Fast and perfect for my needs. The touch screen, which I was not sure about, has come in handy and made some things easier. Great machine!
