The design of the case and the keyboard are very good. Doesn't feel like it is going to break when you open it or when you touch the keys. I really like it!

I have owned an HP computer in the past and was very satisfied. This one, however, is very slow to respond, to open any program, etc. I guess I expected just a little more for 6GB - but, obviously, I should have done a bit more research. I will adapt......

This laptop is great for the price. It's not too big or too small. The features are comparable to other laptops that cost twice as much. Love this laptop!

This computer was purchased as a gift for my adult daughter. She is a Special Ed Teacher and she uses for her required reports. She absolutely loves it!

This laptop is generally easy to read yet a little slow to function.it takes going over this twice a lot but might be able to upgrade to a faster mode.

Great touch screen. Only issue i have is the touch mouse pad. When i type on the keyboard my left hand is always hitting the touch pad setting it off.

This is my first HP computer and I have to say it is wonderful! I've had absolutely no problems with the computer or the Operating System, Windows 10!

My wife's computer finally decided it was not going to work anymore. I saw this one on sale. It was a good all around computer for the work she does.

I needed an in expensive laptop for a project and chose this HP. Yes, it's an inexpensive laptop. The performance wasn't great, I get that too for the price. but I'm not sure there was any metal in this thing with the exception of the hinges.

This machine is very slow when trying to do anything online. Especially slow when doing something like email, or requiring caching. When doing email it just hangs. When looking up something online you can go do something else before it finishes.

Best Buy staff helped me choose the right laptop for my needs. I am merely an end user, my previous laptop was VERY old, and the HP was just right.

Very hapoy with the purchase. Suits my needs well. Not sure why my rewards points have never credited.

Not completely satisfied. Have only been using it for a little over a month and already it freezes up occasionally. I do have virus protection and scan regularly. The screen should not freeze up on a brand new laptop. I think I got a lemon.

This is my first laptop and it's come in quite handy. My husband uses the desktop frequently so I no longer have to wait to get my work done!

First time owner of an HP computer. I have always had a Dell. I love my new laptop, easy to use and enjoy being able to use a touch screen!!
