I haven't had any problems with this laptop except the internet program that is installed by HP. I uninstalled it and had no more problems.

I love this product and they helpful in telling me everything I needed to know on how to run this I buy all my thinhs like this from them

I bought this for my 3rd grader and I have used it as well. It's very fast, easy to find keys, plus my little girl loves the touch screen.

Laptop is working great so far! Needed a good laptop for low budget, only downside is it is made of light plastic so you must be cautious

So far completely satisfied with this laptop. Bought two of them; one for me and one for my wife. Use them a lot for genealogy research.

I bought this inexpensive laptop knowing fully that I was getting a laptop without the bells and whistles and high performance expectations. Even going in with that understanding I am disappointed in the laptop, specifically in the Wi-Fi download speeds I am able to attain. This laptop is getting 50% less download speed than my previous laptop and my work laptop in side by side tests on the same network. It also seems pretty slow even when performing tasks and functions that I would not expect to be resource intensive.

Since I am somewhat computer illiterate, this one is perfect. It does what I want it to do and more that I haven't been able to explore.

Went in to best buy expecting to walk out qith exactly what i got. A decent laptop that was decently priced. staff was super heplful !

I am quite happy with my HP Laptop it lets me access those things on the web that I need and allows me to update my programs as I want.

I bought this laptop for my son. He loves it very much. It makes his researching and report writing easy. This was a perfect present!

Internal battery has died off and even plugged in the lap top has died off. Power cord breaks easily plug in portion on computer.

I was looking for something fairly basic. I'm not a gamer so I didn't need crazy graphics. I got plenty of computer for my money.

Hp Touchscreen is great!. Reasonable fast Processor and plenty of memory to multi Task . Very happy w build quality and specs.

I use this a lot. I mean Windows 10 is a little complicating to use but overall this is a good laptop. Use it for work everyday.

It has been two to three months since purchase on this "touchscreen" computer and it has been a very useful Windows 10 computer.

ThIs computer was a gift for my niece who is a freshman in college. So far she is enjoying her computer and it meets her needs.

Amazed at how efficient the salesperson was. The installation was tough but the serviceman hug in there and got the job done.

I bought this a few weeks ago for school. 2 days later it crashed so i had to get a new one. It works good but makes a clicking noise and the battery life is horrible.

Use this computer for Doctoral Degree coursework. Slow to respond. HE is not good for teachers. Too many unusable programs that take up too much space. I wish I would have waited a few days to purchase from Dell.
